Code List 143 - 00: No known hazards or warnings

Explanation

Code 00 indicates that a publication presents no known hazards of warnings.

When there are no hazards, either set this value or each of codes 14, 16, and 18. Do not set both.

Only for use in ONIX 3.0 or later.
